01 — Specifications
Paper & Packaging
Specification-led paper grades sourced against a written technical sheet.
Paper is decided by grade, grammage, reel width and end use long before price enters the conversation. We work from the buyer's technical sheet and take the requirement to producers and established supply channels, rather than offering a fixed list of stock.
Sack kraft paper — unbleached
Machine-glazed sack grades from unbleached kraft pulp of northern conifers. Grade choice is driven by the filling line: porosity governs deaeration speed, extensibility governs how few plies the bag can carry.
Grade range
Indicative technical values — SKE HP
Typical values at ISO 554 conditions (23 °C / 50 % RH). MD = machine direction, CD = cross direction. Tolerance on TEA index ±20 %.
Sack kraft paper — bleached
Bleached sulphate grades where print quality and shelf appearance matter as much as strength. Whiteness 83 %.
Grade range
Kraftliner and speciality
Kraftliner for flat layers (KS)
Primary-fibre liner for external and intermediate layers of corrugated board.
Greaseproof paper
Sack paper from sulphite pulp
RSP carries 5–50 % recovered fibre (OCC 11); VSP is 100 % virgin unbleached sulphite pulp.
