This page explains what BGI Brokers does with information submitted through this website.

We collect only what you send us through the mandate form: company, name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, and the commercial details of your requirement.
We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling on this site.
Information submitted through the form is used to respond to your enquiry and to work the requirement you have described. It is not sold, rented or shared for marketing.
Access is limited to the people at BGI Brokers working on your enquiry. Where a mandate requires it, relevant commercial details may be shared with counterparties, but never your contact details without your agreement.
Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as it is commercially relevant, and then deleted. You can ask us to delete your details at any time by writing to the address below.
You may ask what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted.
